شروط الخدمة

تحكم هذه الشروط استخدامك لمتجر كالابريز وشراء المنتجات منه. باستخدام الموقع أو تقديم طلب، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط وسياسة الخصوصية وسياسة الشحن وسياسة الاسترجاع، مع بقاء الحقوق النظامية الإلزامية محفوظة.

1. موفر الخدمة والتواصل
الاسم التجاري: كالابريز (Calapres).

2. الأهلية والاستخدام
يجب أن تكون مؤهلًا نظامًا لإبرام العقد، وأن تقدم بيانات صحيحة ومحدثة. لا يجوز استخدام المتجر في نشاط غير مشروع، أو محاولة تعطيل الموقع أو تجاوز حمايته أو انتهاك حقوق الغير.

3. معلومات المنتجات
نسعى لعرض خصائص المنتجات وصورها وأسعارها بدقة. قد يختلف مظهر اللون قليلًا باختلاف الشاشة، دون أن يؤثر ذلك في التزامنا بالمواصفات المتفق عليها. الإعلان الإلكتروني والمعلومات المقدمة قبل الشراء جزء مكمل للعقد وفق النظام.

4. الأسعار والطلبات
تظهر الأسعار بالريال السعودي، وتُعرض الضرائب والرسوم وتكلفة التوصيل المطبقة قبل إتمام الدفع. تقديم الطلب عرض للشراء، ويصبح العقد نافذًا وفق تأكيد الطلب والدفع المعروضين في المتجر. يجوز لنا رفض طلب أو إلغاؤه لأسباب مشروعة مثل نفاد المخزون أو خطأ واضح في السعر أو الاشتباه المشروع بالاحتيال؛ وإذا تم تحصيل مبلغ عن طلب ملغى فيُعاد وفق النظام.

5. الدفع
تتم المدفوعات عبر وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب. يقر العميل بأنه مخول باستخدام وسيلة الدفع. قد يعالج مزودو الدفع بيانات المعاملة وفق شروطهم وسياساتهم.

6. الشحن والتسليم
تخضع الوجهات والأسعار والترتيبات لسياسة الشحن وما يظهر عند إتمام الطلب. سنبلغ العميل بأي تأخير متوقع يؤثر جوهريًا في التسليم، وتظل حقوقه النظامية في التأخر محفوظة.

7. الاسترجاع والمنتجات المخصصة
تخضع طلبات الاسترجاع والاسترداد لسياسة الاسترجاع والأنظمة السعودية. قد يُستثنى المنتج المصمم والمُنتج خصيصًا وفق مواصفات العميل من حق العدول، ولا يسري الاستثناء إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المتفق عليها.

8. الملكية الفكرية
المحتوى والعلامات والتصاميم والصور المملوكة لكالابريز محمية، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها تجاريًا دون إذن، مع عدم المساس بحقوق أصحاب المحتوى أو المنصات الخارجية.

9. الخصوصية
تخضع معالجة البيانات لسياسة الخصوصية المعروضة في المتجر والأنظمة المعمول بها. استخدم info@calapres.com للاستفسارات وطلبات الحقوق المتعلقة بالبيانات.

10. المسؤولية والأنظمة
لا تستبعد هذه الشروط أي ضمان أو حق أو مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها نظامًا. وفي الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة التي لم تكن نتيجة متوقعة بصورة معقولة لإخلالنا. تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية مع احترام قواعد الاختصاص الآمرة.

11. التعديلات
يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط مستقبلًا، ويظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة. تسري الشروط المنشورة عند تقديم الطلب على ذلك الطلب ما لم يتطلب النظام خلاف ذلك.

These terms govern use of the Calapres store and purchases from it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the posted Privacy, Shipping, and Return Policies, while mandatory statutory rights remain protected.

You must have legal capacity to contract and provide accurate, current information. You may not use the store unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, or violate third-party rights.

We aim to describe product characteristics, images, and prices accurately. Screen settings may cause minor colour differences, without limiting our obligation to supply the agreed product. Electronic advertising and pre-purchase information supplement the contract under applicable law.

Prices are displayed in Saudi riyals. Applicable taxes, fees, and delivery charges are shown before checkout. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed according to the confirmation and payment flow shown at checkout. We may lawfully decline or cancel an order for reasons such as unavailable stock, an obvious pricing error, or reasonably suspected fraud. Amounts collected for a cancelled order will be returned as required by law.

Payments are processed through methods shown at checkout. The customer confirms authorization to use the selected method. Payment providers may process transaction data under their own terms and policies.

Shipping destinations, charges, and arrangements are governed by the Shipping Policy and checkout. We will notify customers of expected delays materially affecting delivery, and statutory delay rights remain protected.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Return Policy and Saudi law. A product designed and produced specifically to a customer’s requested specifications may be excluded from the change-of-mind right, but not where defective or non-conforming.

Calapres-owned content, marks, designs, and images are protected and may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, without affecting third-party rights.

Personal data is handled under the posted Privacy Policy and applicable law. Contact info@calapres.com for privacy questions or rights requests.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules.

We may update these terms, and the latest revision date appears above. The terms published when an order is placed govern that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.
